Concierge Travel Planning

Thoughtful, experience-driven travel planning for trips that deserve more than a generic itinerary.

What Concierge Travel Planning Means Here

Concierge travel planning isn’t about excess or complexity, it’s about intentional design.

It means your trip is planned around you: your pace, priorities, travel style, and the reason you’re traveling. Instead of piecing together options and hoping they work, you get clear guidance, smart logistics, and a plan that feels cohesive from start to finish.

This approach is especially valuable for:

  • Milestone trips

  • Multi-stop itineraries

  • Group travel

  • Travelers who want confidence, not guesswork

Who Concierge Travel Planning Is For

This service is a great fit if you:

  • Want expert guidance, not endless options

  • Value time, clarity, and flow

  • Are planning a honeymoon, anniversary, or celebration trip

  • Prefer one trusted point of contact

  • Want your trip to feel easy once it begins

It may not be the best fit if you:

  • Want to book everything yourself

  • Are optimizing only for the lowest cost

  • Prefer last-minute, unstructured travel

(And that’s okay... different trips need different approaches.)

How Concierge Travel Planning Works

1 - Discovery

You start by sharing your travel goals, preferences, timing, and priorities, either through my Trip Discovery Quiz or a consultation.

2 - Design

I design an itinerary that balances experience, logistics, and pacing. This includes destination guidance, accommodations, routing, and recommended experiences.

3 - Refinement

We collaborate to refine the plan until it feels right, adjusting pace, focus, and details.

4 - Execution

Once finalized, everything is booked and coordinated. You receive clear documentation and support so you can travel confidently.

What’s Included in Concierge Planning

Depending on the trip, concierge planning may include:

  • Destination and routing strategy

  • Hotel, resort, villa, or cruise planning

  • Experience and activity recommendations

  • Dining and reservation strategy

  • Transportation and logistics coordination

  • Timeline and pacing guidance

  • Ongoing support before and during travel

When available, I also secure preferred partner perks such as upgrades, daily breakfast, or resort credits.

Concierge Travel Planning FAQs

Common questions I hear when helping clients plan Hawaii trips.

What types of trips do you plan? I plan a wide range of experience-driven trips, including honeymoons, anniversary and birthday travel, group celebrations, and thoughtfully designed leisure trips. I specialize in destinations like Hawaii, the Caribbean, Europe, and luxury cruising, with a focus on trips where pacing and details matter.

Do you charge a planning fee? Planning fees vary depending on the complexity of the trip and the level of support needed. Fees are always discussed upfront so there are no surprises. In many cases, concierge planning also provides access to preferred partner perks that add value to the overall experience.

Can I be as involved, or hands-off, as I want in the planning process? Yes. Some clients enjoy collaborating closely, while others prefer a more hands-off approach. The planning process is flexible and adapts to your preferences, while still ensuring the trip is thoughtfully designed and well-coordinated.

When is concierge travel planning most valuable? Concierge planning is especially helpful for milestone trips, multi-stop itineraries, group travel, and destinations with complex logistics. It’s also valuable for travelers who want confidence and clarity rather than sorting through endless options on their own.

Do you only work with luxury budgets? No. Concierge planning is about intentional design, not a specific price point. What matters most is aligning expectations, priorities, and experience goals so the trip feels balanced and well-paced within your comfort level.

When should I start planning my trip? For peak travel periods and milestone trips, starting 6–9 months in advance is ideal. For other trips, 3–6 months can work depending on destination and flexibility. Starting earlier generally allows for better options and a smoother planning experience.
